Introduction to mastering your study mindset

Our Introduction to mastering your study mindset workshop introduces you to the important role your mindset plays in maximising your performance during periods of study and exams.  Without a growth mindset you are vulnerable to unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours that at best can distract you from your studies and at worst can sabotage your hard work and best efforts.
